GLOBAL REACH

Sharing MIT’s values of excellence, inclusion, equity and diversity, MIT Architecture Alumni is a Global MITAA affinity group engaging alumni from all over the world. 

It is our priority to work on ideas, initiatives and programs to give Course 4 graduates a reason to connect with us. MITArchA wants to learn more about what you want from our extraordinary network of fellow alumni who share the great heritage of an MIT education in architecture.

Our mandate is to go far beyond the borders of Cambridge to tap into that immense wealth of experiences and visions, and to understand our values for the meaningful, multidisciplinary and multicultural mission of our professional paths. Our challenge is to bring this diversity and richness to the forefront of our agenda and to do so we are developing the Global Reach Initiative. 

Conceived as an umbrella program with various regional activities producing key events where MIT Alumni can connect, explore and collaborate on regional current issues and challenges. Global Reach will search for leaders, programs, activities, in various regions to develop networks tailored to the specific needs of our alumni and enriched by the various identities and perspectives of a truly multicultural community. These regional events may also support membership and funding and could become an invaluable synergy for the mentoring program, enriching the diversity of backgrounds and of participants.
