We are seeking a highly motivated and talented senior architect with proven leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day leadership role in management of project teams and consultants
Manage and contribute to preparation of design and construction documents
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Assist in proposal writing, estimating fees and scope of work, and attending interviews for potential projects
Engage in firm-wide design discussions and research initiatives
Requirements:
10 or more years’ experience
Professional architectural degree required; advanced architectural degree or advanced degree or concentration in urban design or planning a plus
Experience in architectural design and construction; additional experience with urban design and planning a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in REVIT/BIM, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Graphics Suite, and Microsoft Office
Architectural licensure preferred. LEED accreditation or other green building professional certification is a plus.
